RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If an item does not fit well and you would like an exchange, please ensure that you have fully read and understood our returns/exchange and refund policy below.
An item may be exchanged under these conditions; the returned product(s) be received:
- Within 20 days from date of order
- In its original packaging, with all tags still intact
- Still in a new and unused condition; unwashed and undamaged
- Item is exchanged for another item of same value
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org (within 7 days from date of order), an exchange/return form will be given. Do print and fill this form up and mail it together with your item of exchange to the address provided in the email.
The return shipping fee is entirely borne by the customer. If in any unfortunate case of loss mail in the process, we will not be able to process the exchange or provide any refund. Hence, we highly encourage you to use a tracked delivery method.
All products are handmade by me, hence I personally ensure and check the quality of each item before sending them out for shipment in protective packaging. In any rare case of a faulty product, a refund is available as an option.
We do not provide any forms of refund for any orders made, unless a product is deemed faulty/defect.
A product is deemed faulty under these conditions:
- The damage/flaw makes it extremely and notably different from the product images on this website.
- The damage poses some form of danger or health hazard.
Please drop us an email at email@example.com, your case will be further discussed. A refund form will be provided. This form is to be printed, filled in by you and mailed together with the product of refund, to the address provided in the email. Upon receiving the returned product, it will go through an inspection.
Please note that if the product is not deemed faulty through inspection, the product refund and the costs involved in returning the product (return shipping fee, custom duties and tax etc) will not be refunded.
If the product of refund is not received on our end, we will not be able to process the refund and the case will be dropped. Hence, we highly encourage the use of a trackable postage method to return.
