Orders

I received a wrong order/product, what can I do?

No worries, just simply drop us an email at contact.brandifoo@gmail.com with your order number and product information. We will respond to you within 24 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.

How long does it take to process my order?

An estimated wait time of 4-6 weeks before shipping. More information on processing and delivery can be found here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order, please email us at contact.brandifoo@gmail.com within 12 hours after your order has been placed. However, any requests for order changes will not be available after which. There are no cancellations available upon any orders made. 

I am not sure if payment was successful, what should I do?

Please drop us an email at contact.brandifoo@gmail.com to ensure payment has been received, before your order may be processed.

How are your products made?

All products are handmade by me in my home studio, located in Singapore.

For those who are allergic to animal fur, do note that I own a dog and he is constantly by my side while I work. 

DELIVERY AND TRACKING 

I purchased an order but did not receive my tracking number?

All products are handmade and an estimated wait time of 4-6 weeks is required. Only when the order is complete then an email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number included. You may then track your order here.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

International shipping is at flat rate S$25 which includes a registered tracking number.

Do i need to pay any tax?

It depends on the country of destination. Once your order arrives at your designated country, you will be informed by your local customs office on the import fees, custom duties, tax or other fees which might be imposed. This payment is held entirely responsible by the customer and we will not be held liable for any of these charges.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

How do I return and exchange an item?

An item may be exchanged if you find that the size does not fit you well, simply drop us an email at contact.brandifoo@gmail.com and a return form will be emailed to you.

Print, fill the form and mail it together with your item back to the address stated in the email. (Note: Item must be in the same new condition as when it was delivered to you, with tags and packaging still intact.) The return shipping fee is borne by the customer.

Once we have received your returned item/s, your new and exchanged item of choice will begin its production. Upon completion, an email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number.

Am I able to refund my order?

Unfortunately, there is no refund available for any orders made.

As all products are solely handmade by myself and a lot of effort goes into the production.
